I'm a proactive, people-focused, and tech-savvy HR professional with a passion for continuous improvement. I thrive in roles where I can support others while also streamlining processes and introducing smarter ways of working. In my current role within the hospitality sector, I've gained hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement. I was also honoured to be named Associate of the Month within just three months, after being nominated by nearly all the Heads of Department.
I love exploring new systems and tools to help the team work more efficiently, and I've contributed to the implementation of several internal processes that have made day-to-day tasks smoother and more effective. I'm always looking to learn and grow, and I'm planning to study for my CIPD Level 5 qualification to continue developing my HR expertise and expand the ways I can contribute.
